Andreas embarked on his journey with Saab as a Systems Engineer three and a half years ago. Originally from Kalmar, he spent a few years studying in Gothenburg before settling in Örebro, where he currently lives with his fiancée and two children. After returning from parental leave, he transitioned into the role of a project manager, driving innovation projects forward and fostering team cohesion.

"As long as I manage my work independently, no one questions if, for instance, I leave early one day. This flexibility has significantly improved my work-life balance, allowing me to spend more time with my children and participate in afternoon playtime at the park without compromising my work."

"Many colleagues know each other outside of work, which is evident in their genuine care for each other, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie and an open environment between departments and sections. No questions are considered dumb and there's a shared desire to help and support one another. Despite only being at Saab for little more than three years, I've learned a great deal by being curious and asking questions."
